As a Partner at Shipe Dosik Law, I practice franchise transactional and business law.

My background is diverse, including serving as an Officer in the United States Army and owning a business as a franchisee. While a franchisee, I gained a tremendous amount of insight into franchisee-franchisor relationship dynamics. I served as a Franchise Advisory Council President and was named Rookie of the Year and Marketer of the Year for the franchise. I was also featured in articles with Entrepreneur Magazine, Franchising USA, and Quintessential Careers.

I have worked with dozens of emerging and established franchisor brands to date, assisting them in the structuring and preparation of Franchise Disclosure Documents and related agreements, as well as assisting franchisors in numerous other business transactions. My practical franchise business experience has proven to be useful to the clients that I serve.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two children. I am a regular volunteer at my children’s school and happily fill my time with supporting their growth and interests.
